Breastfeeding & Lactation Education in Cedar City

Feeding a new baby can raise questions even when things are going well. I provide breastfeeding and lactation education for families in Cedar City and Southern Utah, including preparation before birth and support as you get started after delivery. We can talk through feeding goals, positioning, common questions, and when to seek additional clinical care.

I completed UC San Diego’s 120-hour Pathway 1 Lactation Consultant Education program and am working toward IBCLC certification. I am also a registered nurse and doula. I do not yet hold the IBCLC credential.
