My Process

Free Consultation

We meet and get to know each other. Partners are highly encouraged to come! If you decide after the consultation that you would like to continue in the process you can let me know and we will schedule a first prenatal visit.

Prenatal Visits

We meet 1-3 times throughout your pregnancy to discuss things like your birth preferences, relaxation techniques for labor, current pregnancy concerns, etc. You can text or call me anytime to discuss questions, concerns, and ideas. I will respond with information and resources.

Labor & Birth

Once labor begins I am with you as soon as you want me to be. I am there to support you and your partner through the process and advocate for your birth plan. I will stay with you a minimum of 1 hour after birth to help you get settled, help establish breastfeeding if desired, and help troubleshoot anything that might come up as a result of birth.

Debrief & Postpartum

No matter which package/s you choose I will see you after delivery at least once to help answer your questions and go over your birth experience.

    $ 450

    • 1-3 prenatal visits

    • Unlimited access via text or call for questions and support about all things pregnancy, labor, delivery, and postpartum

    • 24/7 on-call beginning at 37 weeks

    • continuous one-on-one support during labor and delivery

    • minimum 1 hr support after delivery

    • debrief at 1 week postpartum

  • Just want to focus on prenatal support right now? This is the package for you!

    $ 350

    • 1-3 prenatal visits

    • Unlimited access via text or call for questions and support about all things pregnancy, labor, delivery, and postpartum

    • 24/7 on-call beginning at 37 weeks

    • continuous one-on-one support during labor and delivery

    • minimum 1 hr support after delivery

    • debrief at 1 week postpartum

  • Feeling like you could use some extra help now that your baby is here? This is the package for you!

    $28/hr daytime support & $34/hr overnight support

    This package is customizable depending on the needs of the client. I offer help with the following:

    • physical/emotional care for the mother

    • care of the infant

    • meals

    • laundry

    • care of older children

    • cleaning

  • Prenatal Support - $300

    Postpartum Support - $26/hr daytime, $32/hr overnight

    Combination of both - Let’s talk about it!

  • Already know you want both prenatal and postpartum support? This is the package for you!

    First time mom - $600

    Multiparous mom - $500

    Both packages include the following:

    • 1-3 prenatal visits

    • unlimited access via text and calls for questions and support about everything pregnancy, labor, delivery, and postpartum

    • 24/7 on-call beginning at 37 weeks

    • continuous one-on-one physical and emotional labor support

    • 1 hr minimum support after delivery

    • 6 hours postpartum care day or night up to 1 year postpartum
