I work as a contract nurse with Advanced Mobile IV (AMIV), a separate company. If you are one of my doula clients and are interested in an IV appointment, contact me directly to ask about my private client offer. I will share the code with you privately.

You then book and pay through Advanced Mobile IV at www.amiv.com and request me, Samantha Brooks, as your nurse. Requests depend on AMIV availability and cannot be guaranteed. AMIV handles eligibility, scheduling, clinical decisions, treatment, and payment. Cradle & Bloom does not book or provide these IV services.
